Rule Changes for 2010
16/Under division to go to 43' - States have option to play 16U division at 40 or 43 feet pitching distance. The World Series will be played at 43 feet.
14/Under division to go to 43' - States have option to play 14U division at 40 or 43 feet pitching distance. The World Series will be played at 40 feet. (VIRGINIA will keep ALL 14U Tournaments at 40 feet.)
Jewelry Rule removed for youth program. The jewelry rule has been removed from the rule book. The umpire will have the discretion to have a player remove any jewelry they deem dangerous (ie: dangling earrings)
